Scheduling
Recording time is available any time, day or night, with prior scheduling.
Recording is typically scheduled in 3-4 hour segments. 

Rates
$45/hr for small projects (Tracking/Mixing)
$35 - 40/hr for large (full album) projects
Materials such as DVDs, CDs and project backup drives are extra

Instruments
The following instruments are available free of charge:
§ Acoustic guitars
§ Bass guitar
§ Hammer Action Midi grand piano
§ Electric guitar
§ Hand percussion
§ Assorted Amps

Many other instruments are available for rent through a colleague's local music store. 

Backing music
Backing music can be written for a bands and solo artists, priced at project's hourly rate, or quoted.
